Pathways To Mindfulness

These programs encourage neural pathway development by remembering in each moment that there is a kinder and more honouring choice for self, others and the planet. Shifting from non-serving habits effortlessly rather than through willpower and discipline allows the implementation of change to be sustainable.

Most programming has been formed within our first seven years by family, society, culture, DNA, and highly ‘traumatic’ or extremely ‘happy’ experiences. This programming becomes default/autopilot behaviour thoughts and feelings.

It is well known that ninety-five per cent of the day is
spent on autopilot.

We first have to gain awareness of conscious choices.

Three aspects stop change from happening:


IGNORANCE

We don’t know what we don’t know.

 

AVOIDANCE

We know but we can’t or don’t want to do anything differently.

 

ATTACHMENT

We know that we need to do something different, and we know what to do, but discipline and willpower aren’t enough to sustain change.

 

Firstly, for any change to occur...

You have to awaken. Often, health issues, lifestyle disease, loss of loved ones, loss of career or material possessions or mental, physical, emotional and spiritual suffering force you to wake up.

Once one is awake, one can become aware. Awareness is gathering information beyond what is already known, what has been programmed and what one is exposed to.

Being mindful is about having choices from the new awareness and the ability to be kinder to self, others, and the planet. Kinder choices encourage different reactions and responses to triggers.

Here, we explore consciousness, awareness and mindfulness through the lens of Western mindfulness and how it can transform your life. If you are dealing with life's painful experiences, whether at a crossroads moment in your life or if you are ready for more growth, these sessions have you become aware of where you are right now, allowing you to begin being the observer.

Here we explore consciousness, awareness and mindfulness through the lense of western mindfulness and how it has the capacity to transform your life if you are dealing with lifes painful experiences, whether you are at a crossroad moments in your life or if you are ready for more growth and development with a gentle approach.

Pathways To Mindfulness Short Course | 8 Sessions

This program is a condensed version of the premium program. It is ideal for individuals, couples, and group workshops. This short course is done individually (weekly sessions) or in group sessions (workshop-style learning). It covers a brief process of the five steps to creating change. This is best suited to those whose resources of time and finances are limited but are still keen to start the momentum of ‘awareness’ creating change. There is an introduction of tools to help you continue the awareness journey.

This is best suited to those whose resources of time and finances are limited but are still keen to start the momentum of ‘awareness’ creating change. Each person’s individual story (coming from the first seven years) is discovered and time is spent highlighting the ‘gifts’ from this story. Pathways To Mindfulness Full Course | 25 Sessions (approx)

This premium program is designed for anyone seeking to improve their quality of life. This program is an in-depth 5 step process called CHASM- Current Reality, Holding You Back, Alternative Realities, Shifting Realities and Mindful Not Wilful. This is done one-on-one with me, guiding you to develop new neural pathways to live mindfully. This enables you to be kinder to yourself, others, and the planet.

The weekly engagement over a more extended period means you use ‘real life’ to explore shifting perspectives, observe triggers, engage and practice awareness and explore mindful living. I believe that for change to be sustainable, it must become a self-honouring choice from a place of love, not driven by fear or needing to assert discipline or willpower. Mindfulness allows the choice of kinder alternatives.

I work with a limited number of clients through this process. Contact me to see availability and payment plans. At least seventy-five per cent of my clients are national and international. These sessions can be done through Zoom/Skype.

This is a premium program designed for anyone who is wanting to improve their quality of life. This is a one-on-one mentoring program that systematically guides you to develop new neural pathways to live mindfully, being kinder to yourself, others, and the planet (complete with a high-quality workbook and journal). The weekly engagement of one on one sessions means that you get to use ‘real-life’ to explore shifting perspectives, observing triggers, and step into life without drama. Working with Rosie to gently guide you through a process of change without using willpower and discipline. At PTM we believe that for change to be sustainable it needs to become a self-honouring choice from a place of love, not driven by fear. Mindfulness allows for the recognition of kinder ways to engage life. Rosie works with a limited number of clients through this process, contact her to see availability and payment plans.
